Once you reached Hospet, you will get multiple option to go to the Hampi like local auto, government buses and private taxis which takes reasonable fare.
Best Time to Visit🔆
October to February is perfect as the weather is comfortable for sightseeing and trekking
Avoid in Summer and rainy season because you will face extreme heat and slippery surface due to open and rockery area.

What to Eat🔆
Try South Indian food, banana pancakes, Israeli dishes, and Tibetan momos available near Hampi Bazaar.
In nearby Hampi bus stand there are multiple hotel which gives nice food with reasonable prices. I tried south Indian food plate which contain my fav dish now which is Sabji of banana flower.
Also try local food form street vendor which gives you best foods like lemon rice, paddu.
